COLLIOURE, FRANCE RETREAT

The course will provide a foundation of the basic yoga postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), and simple meditation (dhyana) techniques.

Everyone is welcome. The course is aimed at beginners and those wanting to focus on the fundamental building blocks of yoga. You will learn the basic yoga postures and their significant effect on the body as well as learn how to practice them at home by yourself.

At the end of the course you will have understanding of the practice and science of yoga and its benefits when applied to your daily life.
CLASSES

Small group sessions can help you delve deeper into your body and mind and aid the release of blockages that can be difficult to process
-
Ideal if you want to develop your practise with a few friends at competitive rates - fixed fee so the larger the group, the cheaper the session
-
When the weather is warm practice can take place on Hove Lawns or St Anne's Wells - or a patch of nature close to you!
